Mr. Smith is an associate with Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., LPA, where he concentrates in labor and employment law and commercial litigation. A graduate of the University Of Cincinnati College of Law, Joshua also served in Afghanistan from 2009-2010 as a military police officer in the 300th Military Police Brigade of the United States Army. The final 2 years of graduate school, Mr. Smith was the Graduate Ambassador to the University Cincinnati Board of Trustees.

Joshua attended Ohio University for his undergraduate degree in Political Science Pre-Law and is Chairman of the Board of Governors for Phi Kappa Tau at Ohio University. While Joshua received his honorable discharge from the service in 2016, he continues to have a passion for assisting veterans. Joshua is an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and assists veterans in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of veterans’ benefits appeals, and other veteran-related issues.
Joshua is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s’ Labor and Employment Law Committee and he is a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association.
Joshua resides in Mt. Lookout and he enjoys running throughout Mt. Lookout and Hyde Park.
