Lisa Rammes is a principal with Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson Co., LPA, where she concentrates her practice in corporate law and business transactions. During her career, Lisa has successfully counseled clients on numerous commercial, transactional and contractual matters often acting as an outsourced general counsel serving the day to day legal needs of business clients.

Lisa’s general business practice involves a wide range of matters including entity formation, governance issues, negotiating, drafting, and implementing business contracts, and licensing and technology issues. Lisa’s transactional practice includes the analysis and negotiation of all aspects of a stock/asset sale, merger, or other divestiture including due diligence investigations and the negotiation, preparation and review of acquisition and operational documents.

Lisa resides in Anderson Township with her husband and two children with whom she loves traveling. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of CancerFree Kids Pediatric Cancer Research Alliance and a Member of Cincinnati’s Impact 100 Organization.
